The spectrum of light "Blue Control" does not contain harmful blue light: there is no blue light, which is harmful to the eyes and causes photopolymerization of materials.

To avoid the occurrence of harmful blue light, the radiation spectrum is controlled (color temperature of 5000 K corresponds to daylight at noon). This facilitates work in medicine and dentistry (there is no polymerization of materials), it is safe for the doctor's vision (vision, visual acuity is preserved), minimizes stress and fatigue.

Continuous Spectrum with excellent color rendering

The color rendering index being normatively invalid for LEDs, certified approved laboratories refer to visual rendering*.

The visual rendering of Albedo n8LED is 2.5 times better than lighting fluorescent tubes «daylight».

The n8LED.R version provides extra comfort for the eyes:

Dimmer: adjustment of light intensity
Function LUX +: significantly increases the illumination (surgery, dermatology, orthodontics, aesthetic medicine, phototherapy)

The Albedo luminaire can be controlled via an application on a smartphone via Bluetooth / WiFi, its personal settings can be set, but it can also be turned on by a conventional switch. You can set the default settings, program certain settings and scenarios for multiple luminaires.

Specifically designed for medical & dental practice

Albedo n8LED is IP50 compliant, designed for protection against dust, insect, sprays and splashes… The light housing is completely enclosed above and below. It can be easily cleaned with the simple wipe of a damp cloth, using a surface disinfectant (Dürr FD 333). Albédo is compliant with all medical and dental standards.

Ligh output

Its powerful lighting illumination is compliant with EN 12464-1 in the three areas of the dental treatment room:

• 1 500 lux: treatment site (patient’s face)
• 1 000 lux: specific working area
• 500 lux: general traffic area.

The illumination can be doubled with the function Lux+ (version n8LED.R).
