Description

Multifunctional, modular anesthesia complex Avance CS2

Automatic recognition of anesthetics, innovative ABS breathing system, detection of CO2, O2, N2O concentration. The Avance CS2 combines patient monitoring and data management with a user interface. The modern digital technologies that the Avance CS2 is equipped with are designed to optimize the workflow. Every detail of the hardware and software is not just an innovative development - the main task was to bring all the components into a harmonious system. We have designed a ventilator based on a proportional solenoid valve for precise control of delivered volume and pressure, which works like valves in ICU ventilators, including, for example, our Engstrom* Carestation* ventilator. This allows you to ventilate the most challenging patients, including neonates and overweight patients.

Features

  • Constant monitoring of the patient's vital signs (curves: Paw, Flow (or AA), CO2, numerical and graphical trends, TV & MV spirometry function, FiO2 (optional)).
  • Possibility of various options for completing gas modules.
  • Fan with large high contrast color display.
  • Unique breathing system (ABS) for low-flow anesthesia. The system has a minimum number of connections, is simple and easy to maintain, autoclavable at 134 °C.
  • The volume of the respiratory system is about two liters, which allows the anesthesiologist to almost instantly respond to changes in the patient's condition and significantly reduces the consumption of expensive inhalation anesthetics.
  • Support for all major ventilation modes: VCV/PCV (volume controlled ventilation with tidal volume/pressure compensation), SIMV–VC, SIMV-PC.
  • The unique PSV Pro mode (Pressure Support / Option) provides pressure support, in case of apnea the patient switches to the previous ventilation mode, the most comfortable for the patient.
  • The built-in accumulator provides an autonomous mode of work from 30 minutes.

Additional software options

  • Our Anesthesia Adequacy Assessment (AoA) software is designed to perform clinical measurements of the necessary indications during general anesthesia. These measurements help to choose an individual dose of anesthetic for each patient. The AoA software includes modules for evaluating entropy, surgical plethysmographic index, neuromuscular conduction, and hemodynamic parameters;
  • The Navigator suite of applications performs PK/PD modeling to support clinical decision making about balanced drug delivery. Predictive modeling of the action of drugs, including the synergistic interaction of drugs with the display of the overall effect, allows you to optimize the treatment of the patient based on the clinical decision;
  • Easy-to-use 15-inch touch screen;
  • two or three;
  • With two-level lighting;
  • Ergonomic;
  • advanced;
  • Innovative gas monitoring technology developed by GE Healthcare;
  • CARESCAPE B650 patient monitor with anesthesia adequacy assessment (AoA) software designed specifically for your OR needs.
